From 28 to 30 September 2026, the international workshop 'Kinship over Time' will be hosted at the Institute of Anthropology at the University of Hamburg. Organized by Julia Pauli and Erdmute Alber, the event will feature a film screening with Giulia DiMaggio, as well as presentations and discussions on how important kin relations, like motherhood or siblingship, develop and change in long-term perspective.
